I am delightfully honoured to share with you that I have been designated as VMware vExpert 2010. I am truly happy and would like to thank all bloggers, contributors, readers and customers for letting me achieve that. You may have read other posts from recently awarded vExperts (Congratulations! You guys are amazing) but no one else (as far as I know) is celebrating the first and last vExpert award.
Why? Technically I am now a VMware employee, and vExpert is not awarded to employees. However, the award is for achievements in 2009, as mentioned by John Troyer here, an until 2010 I was not a VMware employee.
What does being a vExpert means to me?
- It means that now I am even more enthusiastic to write;
- It means that that I am being award for doing something that I really enjoy;
- It means that I am helping people (about 60,000 hits every month);
- …. I could go on and on
Finally, a special thanks to my wife who understands and support my dedication to blogging, tweeting and podcasting.
So, if you have not yet joined the live APAC virtualization roundtable you may proceed and download previous episodes at talkshoe.com or via iTunes.
