Veeam is a VMware partner and has produced a number of backup and management tools to facilitate the day-to-day administration of virtual environments. Veeam Backup & Replication suite won the GOLD 2009 Product of the Year Award.

In the meantime go to Veeam website and download their Veeam Monitor 4.5 Free Edition for VMware.
