I came across this desktop utility called ‘View Client Device Detector’ that allow users to easily collect PCoIP environmental variables from the Windows registry. This could be handy during troubleshooting process as sometimes administrators find themselves trying to located the right end-user terminal.

According to the author Davoud Teimouri, VCD (View Client Device Detector) can easily retrieve the information from Windows registry, allowing users to send the required information to administrators via a “Copy to clipboard” feature. The application runs at start-up and an icon is placed in the Windows icon tray. It’s compatible with any Windows version with .Net Framework 2.0 and above.
Well done Davoud, and thanks for sharing your tool with the community.
