The vGhetto Script Repository also contains amazing PoweShell and PowerCLI scripts that make my day when there is need for automation. The scripts can be used as base to automate different functions and if you are really keen in creating your own scripts PowerWF Studio can work for you while you drag&drop boxes in a visual workflow (PowerWF is not FREE).
