It’s that time again, the next VMware Users Group meeting is locked in for Thu 19th Aug @ 2:30 PM. This VMUG will be a little bit different from the past ones and it will have a “open mic” format with no fixed agenda, free-for-all. Sounds a bit like CloudCamp, but if we end up with a very timid crowd then the following topics have been suggested:
- What’s New in vSphere 4.1
- vSphere Upgrade Process & “Gotchas”
- VMware Company Roadmap (recent acquisitions)
- Announcements/Events e.g. vForum, vCAP
- Newsworthy topics. Suggestions anyone?
The organizers are looking for volunteers to seed the above subjects if you’re keen to get up for 10-15 minutes in front of some slides. Please submit your proposed deck to me at aleibovici@myvirtualcloud.net for collation or DM at @andreleibovici. In any case, please come join us to build a brains trust to answer any curly questions and share your perspective.
Beer and pizza will be served afterwards.
